Press-On Nails: Due to hygiene reasons, all press-on nail sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Because our press-on nails are handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.
Please make sure you carefully review your sizing and order details before placing your order.
Boutique Items:
All boutique items, including bags and accessories, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
Please carefully review product details, descriptions, photos, and sizing information before completing your purchase.
Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at thekayamourr@gmail.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review your request and, if approved, may provide a refund, replacement, or other appropriate resolution.
Refunds:
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Order Cancellations:
